Staff Use of Facilities


Use of Facilities Requests

If you are a Egg Harbor Township Board of Education employee and need to submit a use of facilities request for a School or

District function, please click on the School or District Use link to the right.  There you will find instructions on creating an

account, how to submit use of facilities requests & some helpful scheduling tips.

  

Application Procedures

All users must fill out a Use of

Facilities request form online. Please click on the School Dude Icon on your desk top for access to School Dude.

 All requests for district or School event are required to be submitted no later than two week prior to the start date.

Once the application has been

received our Facilities Secretary will  reach out to the requester  if there are any scheduling conflicts.

Maintenance Requests

anything maintenance or grounds related, a maintenance request needs to be
